"Beautifying the world... one building at a time."

General Hospital

A 100 bed hospital that offers an innovative approach to traffic and circulation.

The hospital, designed around a centralized floor plan, maximizes not only internal circulation but travel time from the nurses stations to patient rooms. In addition, the reflecting pool surrounding the hospital serves as a cooling system, with jets, to provide maximum water circulation.

The project was successful for two reasons. It delivered the maximum level of functional space and use of controlled traffic patters, and it has been recognized as one of the most asthetic hospital environments for employees and patients alike.

Cost: $10 Million
