To be able to develop a project of this scope and magnitude in a high density and highly congested area where the cost of land is extremely expensive.

We designed a sixty story high rise. The site was essentially a big circle between six avenues that connected to the main subway. Without attaching to the subway with a foundation in the perimeter of the circle and by applying our concept for a vertical street, which is an out door helicoidal ramp; This serves effectively as a central core for vertical transportation and communications.

Dollar Volume: $600 Million

The building is a steel structure rotated for rigidity. This type of circular building offers the highest resistance to seismic movement. Due to our design, which addresses direct access to the streets that surround the building, all fire codes were met or exceeded. This also served to lower the developer's insurance costs. Construction on the project is on hold due to the country's economy.
